About
Jeff began his design career in 1994, editing copy for a local newspaper before transitioning to layouts and graphics design on a part-time basis. He learned as he went, tackling QuarkXPress and Illustrator first; the advent of layers in Photoshop further expanded his repertoire. He continued working on various projects and publications for the next six years.
In 2000, he made the transition to advertising, where he had many opportunities to explore the different facets of agency processes. Through observation and interaction, he gained knowledge and skills in areas such as traffic, accounting, sales and client management.
Five years later, he returned to school part-time to study computer programming, web server management, network operations and IT project management. Along the way, he also became certified in Apple technical support for servers, desktops and laptops. By manipulating key elements from each discipline, he was able to introduce new methods for agency and creative operations, establishing a high-level of efficiency never before seen while minimising errors and agency payouts at the same time.He made the decision to become independent in May 2008, after nearly 14 years of experience in advertising, marketing and publishing. With a strong desire to have more time for personal and professional development his primary motivation, he succeeded in earning the trust and business of companies around the world.
